Psychotherapy
First Appointment:
First session will focus on the areas you would like to work on, including difficult thoughts, feelings and memories and their impact on your health. You don’t have to know all the answers, I will support you to clarify those as we go through. During the sessions, I will be taking notes.
How do I get the most out of my sessions?
Fees: My fees are £75 per 50 minute session. I offer a limited number of reduced fee slots depending on the circumstances.

- It provides health services for people who are unable to go out for certain reasons, such as a disability or a physical condition.
- If you live abroad, you will have access to health professionals speaking your own language.
- If you live in a rural area, you will have more opportunities that you normally would have in your neighbourhood.
- You may not have enough motivation to go out with physical or mental difficulties, go to a doctor or psychologist. In these cases, online therapy creates a comfortable and safe space.
- If there is no one specializes in the field you want to work in your area of residency, you will have the access to the support you need.

Health behaviour, such as healthy eating, regular exercise and sexual safety can prevent a number of diseases and contribute to longer and healthier life. Scientific evidence shows that different patterns of behaviour are strongly linked with each person’s social and cultural context. As such, I use a holistic approach to make a sustainable change tailored to your own needs.
